Firewood Forum – Developing Successful Outreach

This one day forum addressed firewood movement and the role
it plays in the spread of invasives. The purpose was to move
toward development of consistent messages and policies that
will be useful in changing public behavior in the movement
of firewood. The forum provided an opportunity to network
with peers and cooperators from other states and share
existing communications products related to this issue, and
hear what some states and organizations are pursuing in the
direction of policy.
