Transition Package to President Elect Obama

On Wednesday, December 10, 2008, the organizations below sent David Lazarus of the Obama administration’s USDA transition team a package that discusses four priority actions for 2009. Representatives of a subset of those organizations met with Mr. Lazarus on Friday, December 12 to discuss their recommendations.
